Advantage Nurse Staffing is seeking experienced Physical Therapists for skilled home health contract opportunities in Oregon.

This role is ideal for PTs who are comfortable working independently in the field, providing skilled patient care, and managing visits in a home health setting.

Locations:

• Portland, OR

• Seaside, OR

• Medford, OR

Pay:

• $64–$68/hour

Requirements:

• Active or pending Oregon Physical Therapist license

• Minimum 1 year of skilled home health experience required

• Strong assessment, documentation, and communication skills

• Ability to work independently

• Reliable transportation
