Advantage Nurse Staffing is currently seeking experienced Patient Care Coordinator RNs / Case Manager RNs for four full-time contract positions in patient care coordination.


Requirements

  • Active Oregon RN license and either an active Washington RN license or active Compact RN license

  • Minimum of 1 year of Case Manager or Patient Care Coordinator experience

  • Experience with EPIC charting

  • Experience working with Medicaid and Medicare

  • Previous experience with a large integrated healthcare system preferred


Schedule

  • Monday through Friday

  • 08:00 AM to 05:00 PM

  • 40 guaranteed hours per week


Pay

  • $71/hour


This is a strong opportunity for RNs with patient care coordination or case management experience who are comfortable working with complex patient needs, healthcare resources, insurance requirements, and electronic medical records.
